5. PLAN
How to make it possible?
You might know now what to do, but if you don't do it the problem will not be solved. Now you need to plan the steps to implement the ideas that will help you to achieve the outcome you expect. This means you have to be very specific about what to do and when.
You might know now what to do, but if you don't do it the problem will not be solved. Now you need to plan the steps to implement the ideas that will help you to achieve the outcome you expect. This means you have to be very specific about what to do and when.
5.1. List the steps. First of anything, write a list of things you need to do to implement the option or idea chosen. This steps or actions do not need to be on order. Write them any how and when you finish, then put them in order numbering the steps. At any point, you can add any step you might have not taken into consideration previously. It is a bit like writing the steps about how to make a cake.
As you can see in the video, when writing the steps sometimes you could think that an step, a task is difficult. Then think about how to divide this step into two or three easier steps.

5.2. Integrate the steps. Depending on the complexity of the problem, the planning could be organised to be completed during weeks or months. For this reason, it is important than whenever we do a plan, it can be easily integrated in other routines we do. You could start by writing a weekly timetable with all the activities we do during the week and identify which time slots durng the week and in each day are the best to do the things need to be done to solve the problem.
As this has been mentioned this could be a simple to do list for the day, a weekly timetable, a monthly plan (maybe could be something to be done during few weekends). It could be a greater plan in which we consider things in a larger scale of time such as a year or more and then divide the large objective into smaller ones to achieve on shorter periods of time.

5.3. Plan monitoring. The weekly and daily plans are to be read and revised on a daily basis to ensure that any difficulty is dealt with as soon as possible and the weekly plan can be adjusted to fulfill the weekly objectives. If it is not possible, there should be some reflection about what happened (reflective practice) and then plan it again for next week.
The plan monitoring is a very important thing to do, as it could happen that just for some difficulty, all the motivation stops and the problem is left as it was. However, there is the option of thinking about why this is happening and what other things we could try next week or maybe asking for support. Also we could use this difficulty that is stopping us as a problem on its own which deserve using a full problem solving process of thinking (causes of the difficulty, options to do it easier, etc.).
